Cultured Sauerkraut Vegetables - Home Recipie
1 head cabbage, finely shredded (keep 2-3 leaves for later)
2 c. bite size cut carrots (optional)
4 sliced garlic cloves
1 Tbls Celtic sea salt
2 Tbls raw apple cider vinegar
1/4 teas. caraway seed

*put in large glass container, press down, add water to
just cover vegetables, crush in water with wooden or
stainless steel malet to help release vegetable juices, lay
cabbage leaves over the mixture to keep submerged in brine.
Let sit room temperature for 2 weeks, taste, and store in 
glass containers with lids then refrigerate!
